TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE slothfly.com

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The online store slothfly.com, operating at www.slothfly.com, is run by: LOCALGROWTH SP. Z O.O. with its registered office at ul. Szczęsna 26, 02-454 Warsaw, VAT ID: 5223223277, REGON: 52176282100000.

These terms and conditions define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, concluding sales contracts, withdrawing from contracts, complaint procedures, and personal data protection rules.

2. DEFINITIONS

Terms and Conditions – this document.

Consumer – a natural person making purchases unrelated to business activity.

Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights – a natural person entering into a contract unrelated to their professional activity.

Customer – any person using the Store.

Store – the online service available at slothfly.com.

Seller – LOCALGROWTH SP. Z O.O.

Goods – products available in the Store's offer.

Order Form – a form enabling order placement.

Cart – a place where the customer can manage products before placing an order.

3. ORDERS AND SALES TERMS

Placing an order means acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

The store operates on a dropshipping model – products are shipped directly from specialized warehouses.

All prices listed in the Store are gross prices.

Orders can be placed via the form on the website or by email at: contact@slothfly.com.

A fiscal receipt is issued for every order, and a VAT invoice is available upon request.

4. DELIVERY

The average order processing time is 6-12 business days.

Deliveries are made only on business days.

Delivery is free for all prepaid orders.

The customer is obliged to check the shipment upon receipt.

Personal pickup is also available at: ul. Szczęsna 26, 02-454 Warsaw.

5. PAYMENTS

Payment methods: traditional bank transfer, BLIK, instant transfer, payment card.

For bank transfers, the payment deadline is 5 business days.

6. COMPLAINTS

The seller is responsible for any non-conformity of the goods with the contract that appears within 2 years of product delivery.

The consumer may request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or withdraw from the contract.

Complaints should be submitted by email to: contact@slothfly.com or by mail to the seller's registered address.

The seller covers the costs of complaints, including delivery and return of the product.

7. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT / RETURNS

The Customer has the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. The slothfly.com store voluntarily extends this period to 90 days from receipt of the shipment.

To make a return, you must:

1. Contact us at: contact@slothfly.com.

2. Send the product to the address: Rozwarzyn 23A, 89-100 Nakło – at your own expense.

Refunds are made after receiving and approving the returned product. Money is refunded to the original payment method.

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

- personalized products,

- damage caused by the Customer,

- lack of order number or contact details,

8. PRODUCT EXCHANGE

To exchange a product, it must be returned according to the rules described above and a new order placed.

9. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting us via email.

In case of shipment – the right to return can be exercised within 90 days.

10. UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENTS

After the return is confirmed by the carrier, the order value (excluding additional service costs) is refunded.

The deadline for processing such a return is up to 14 days.

After 14 days of non-collection of the shipment and no contact from the Customer, the order may be considered completed – unless a justified claim is made.

11. INFORMATION ABOUT REVIEWS

The store does not verify the authenticity of reviews published on the site – they may come from Customers who purchased the product as well as from other users.

12. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The data controller is the Seller.

Data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders.

Every Customer has the right to access, correct, and delete their data.

13. FINAL PROVISIONS

The Terms and Conditions are available on the website www.slothfly.com.

For matters not regulated, Polish law shall apply.

In case of conflict with the law, the provisions applicable to Consumers shall apply.

The customer agrees not to post unlawful content in the Store.

All products offered in the store are imported from outside the European Union. The distributor and importer is Localgrowth Sp. z o.o.
