All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and most reach recipients within 6–12 business days from the moment of shipment. The exact delivery time depends on your location. If you live in a less accessible or rural area, delivery may take a bit longer. As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link, which will keep you updated on every stage of the delivery.

Lost or delayed shipments happen very rarely, but if it does happen — don't worry, we will help. If the tracking status hasn't been updated for a long time or the package is marked as delivered, and you haven't received it, contact us, and we will quickly address the issue.

If you change your mind, you have 90 days from receiving the order to make a return. To be accepted, the return product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

You have 90 days from receiving the shipment to start the return process. Just send us an email at contact@slothfly.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return - we will guide you through the next steps.

After receiving the returned product, a full refund will be processed within 10 business days.

If the product is defective or not as ordered, we cover the cost of return shipping.

However, if the return is due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong product, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipment, as we are not responsible for lost returns or issues on the carrier's side.

We will take care of it. If the order arrives damaged, take clear photos of the package and its contents and send them to contact@slothfly.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We will assess the situation and promptly send a replacement product or issue a refund - at no additional cost to you.

After the return is approved, the funds should appear in your account within 10 business days, depending on the payment operator.

If the payment was made through Afterpay, the return will be processed according to the rules of that service.

If the order has already been shipped, it will be necessary to receive the package and make a return.
