Returns and Refunds
Key Information
You have 90 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Refunds are processed within a maximum of 10 business days from the moment we receive the returned product.
We do not charge a restocking fee.

Return Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
We recommend using a shipment with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged Package?
If your package arrived damaged:

Take photos of the external packaging and contents.

Send them to contact@slothfly.com, including your order number.
Our team will assist you with obtaining a replacement or refund.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you by email about its status.
If the return is approved, the funds will be refunded to the original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days.
If you do not receive the refund after this time:
