Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 10 business days from the time the returned product is received.

We do not charge a handling fee (restocking fee).

To qualify for a return or refund, the product must:

Return costs
The return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
We recommend using the tracking number shipment, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged shipment?
If your package arrived damaged:

Take photos of the external packaging and contents.

Send it to contact@slothfly.com, providing the order number.
Our team will help you obtain a exchange or refund.
Refunds
After receiving and checking the return, we will inform you by email about its status.
If the refund is approved, the funds will be returned to the original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days.
If you do not receive a refund after this time:
