We recommend using trackable shipping, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
Damaged Package?
If your package arrives damaged, please:

Take a photo of the outer packaging and its contents,

Email it to contact@slothfly.com along with your order number.
Our team will assist you with a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your return has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within up to 10 business days.
