Key Information

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Refunds are processed within up to 10 business days after receiving your return.

  • No restocking fee is applied.

  • To obtain the return address, please contact our customer service.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, items must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery,

  • Be in their original packaging,

  • Show no signs of use or damage.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
We recommend using trackable shipping, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.


Damaged Package?

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take a photo of the outer packaging and its contents,

  2. Email it to contact@slothfly.com along with your order number.
    Our team will assist you with a replacement or refund.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your return has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within up to 10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after that time:

  • Contact your bank or payment provider first,

  • If the issue persists, reach out to us at contact@slothfly.com.
